Idento Marketing y Desarrollo Web, S.L.U, is responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data, and therefore provides the following processing information:

• End of treatment: reception and management of curriculums vitae, with the purpose of being used in the personnel selection processes, carrying out an analysis of the applicant’s profile with the aim of selecting the best candidate for the vacant position we offer.
• Legitimacy: by checking the acceptance box, you are giving your legitimate consent for your data to be treated in accordance with the purposes of this form described in this privacy policy.
• Data retention criteria: The curriculums vitae will be kept for a maximum period of one year, after which they will be deleted, guaranteeing total respect for confidentiality both in their processing and in their subsequent destruction. In this sense, after this deadline, and if you wish to continue participating in the selection process, please send us your CV again.
• Addressees: they will not be transferred to any third party.
• Rights of the User:

1. (a) The right to withdraw consent at any time. Right to object and portability of personal data. Right of access, rectification and deletion of your data and the limitation or opposition to their processing.
2. b) Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority if he/she has not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of his/her rights, in this case, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency http://www.agpd.es
